Building a Snowman

It snowed again on Wednesday morning or Tuesday night.  There was a lot of snow so Henry wants to go play of course.  I made him wait as long as I could cope with the repeated question of 'Is it time yet?'.  Then I cleared of the steps of the deck so he wouldn't slip and helped him build a snowman.  He kept making snowballs and randomly trying to attach them to the snowman some stayed most didn't.  He told me not to help so I made a miniature snowman which he them demanded saying I made it for him.  So here are the photos we had fun!!

Last year Robby bought Henry his own snow shovel so he was shoveling the grass. 

FIRST SNOW OF THE SEASON

Henry was so excited!  Can I go outside....not yet its still cold let the sun come up.  Can I go outside....not yet.  Can I go outside.....OK. 

But next time find a safer place to build a snowman. 

Breakfast?

So I am not very good at getting breakfast ready so I thought I would try a crock pot oatmeal recipe.  One of those you put in before you go to bed then when you get up its ready.  Sounds like a great idea right?  If only I hadn't woken up with a headache and staying in bed longer than usual so it kept cooking........

Not so good.  I didn't make anyone eat it.

Ok it wasn't stolen, I left it in the car and some one decided to take some pictures.  Guess who!

Labor Day 2010

We spent the afternoon at Marlene's home hanging out.  They painted the side of the garage.
